Modloader Crashes My Game!

I'm sorry. I know that this has already been posted, but I tried to follow what they did, but it still crashes my game!
I downloaded it from minecraft forums and modloader.com, I deleted META-INF, and it still crashed!
Can any one help me?

Mod loader has been severely under-coded.

I recommend using Minecraft Forge, it is way better than Mod Loader.--  http://minecraftforg...x.php?topic=5.0 <-----Forge.

(And BTW, some mods require ModLoaderMP also.)

Thanks! The reason I have not tried Forge is because the mod im trying to download apparently requires both!
I will be sure to try this!
