Alot of mods don't require Forge. Most mods tell you what they require. TooManyItems doesn't require forge.

good luck. There aren't too many mods that are like Industrial Craft. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Either way, there aren't that many mods that require Forge anyways. Why not install Forge? It's not hard. Maybe because Forge is incompatible with Tale of Kingdoms? Is it incompatible?

I think almost every minor game changing mod doesn't need forge. Mo creatures and mo creeps and wierdos affect the the game play heavily and don't need forge. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Lorddecimator! Or is it Lorddecimater?

Risugami's mods don't require forge. On my opinion, forge is stupid. It's bascilly the modloader, but has some properties the modloader doesn't have.

I hightly recomand using forge. A lot of mods need it, and more are switching over. I dont see whats wrong with it.

If installing mods is a problem for you, you should try MagicLauncher with Forge, Modloader... etc. Works great for me!
