So, I want to know, what is the coolest place on Earth (in your opinion)?
My personal favorite place on Earth, that I think is extremly cool, it Angel Falls. I strongly suggest you google it, it's amazing.
So what do you think it the coolest place on Earth, man made or natural?

Venice, Italy. I wish I could live there, it is alot of fun. They have a ton of history, and just walking around is fun, with the boats drifting up and down the canals.

Not sure, haven't been to any sort of nature reserves or anything, but I wanna go to Yellowstone one day Looks really cool from the pictures I've seen .

It's anywhere from 7-10% depending on where you live. Sales tax in my county is 8.375%.

That's only a portion of the state's taxes though...there's also property taxes, gas taxes, income taxes, etc...

Anyway, besides the taxes I do like it here in California, there's easy access to the beach, to the mountains, to the cities. Pretty much anything you want can just be a few hours away depending on where you live...you pay a high price for it though. I think my favorite place in california is Monterey...lots of stuff to do, nice weather (for me, at least), rocky beaches (a plus for me...not a fan of sandy beaches).

Thinking outside of the US, though, I really enjoy Viana do Castelo, Portugal. A lot of cities in Europe are either old and rundown or completely modernized. I like Viana do Castelo because it seems like it did when it was first built...keeps an old world feel without looking like it might fall down any second. It's really clean, too.

Hard to say, but I thought Knossos was a great place to visit. You could really see the thousands of years old culture all around you.

Scotland, never been there, but I would LOVE to be able to hear Scotland accents everytime I step outside, THEY'RE SO AWESOME!

Venice doesnt really have rivers, theyre canals. Unless you count the two big rivers outside the city.

But seriously there are so many amazing places on this world you can't count them all. One of them includes the Cave of the Crystals in the Naica Mine in Mexico. The quartz crystals in the cave are known for their beauty and massive size.

I think the coolest places on Earth are Hawaii, Grand Canyon, and Mount Roraima (Venezuuela)

Yellowstone is AMAZING. It's just so beautiful! There's so many types of animals and plants and you feel like you're in a place where humans have never been before. The "wild west" is a big influence on the place too and there's a lot you can do involving that.

Coolest place I've been to is probably Mammoth Cave.... but there's something on the tip of my mind that I've been to but can't think of.

Personally, my dream trip is to go to Macchu Pichu and see the ruins, then go on a fish collecting trip in the Amazon (I'm a huge aquarium fan). Those are probably the two coolest places, IMO.
