Companies like scan.co.uk allow you to customise your build but unfortuantley being from chilie makes it is hard for me to recommend a good etailer. Since your not confident to build yourself (and me shipping one out would cost just as much xD ) I recommend going to Www.bit-tech.net, www.hardocp.com
And asking on there for advice. They have some south american users on there that may be willing to recommend an etailer or better...build it for you for a small price. Www.tomshardware.com is another but I don't find them as helpful, you may have more luck.
If your very lucky someone might of posted in the "where are you from" thread that they are from chilie and build pcs. Long shot but might be worth it lol.

With pricing being so high then I recommend
Cpu: core i3
Motherboard: any compatable lga 1155 socket it doesn't really. Asus is my prefered brand
memory: 4gb ddr3 1600mhz. Memory is cheap, 4 is enough
hard disk: 500gb will shave some cost but not a lot. Should be enough and more can be added
case: what ever looks good to you =]
psu: corsair 500w should do. Modular is handy for cable management but adds cost
Headsink:make sure cpu os retail rather than oem and it will come with one. Does the job.
graphics card: what ever is left in the budget

Those are merely the recommended parts (which are old). You should buy these parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/aDsI

Yeah but those still cost 2400 US$ in my country so I rather have it to run smoothly with the recommended parts than spending that much (wich i cant get)

What is actually important for me is the video card, so i can play the good games, the cpu(wich im getting a quad core), the memory and the motherboard, but the rest I just want to equal it out so its not unbalanced but so its not too expensive

In that case, get these parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/aLgE

get an amd system because you can get a 8-core processor at 3.7 GHz for $144.99 and that saves you lots of money on the processor. also the other componets still cost the same

Clober AMD 8cores cost as much as an intel i5 bulldozer is slower than last gen phenom ii too. The only viable AMD option atm is Llano/Trinity and performance wise match core i3. The only reason to go AMD is for onboard GPU but since he is getting a discreet card ge might aswell go core i3 or pentium G.

What I've recommended is the basis of a system. Since pricing is different from here I can only recommend based on min prefered specs which allow for upgrades and last as long as possible. Depending how mich all that costs then dictates what GPU you can afford.

Edit: ok so i found this:
Corsair 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory

for 90 US$, is it convenient?

and this:

Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB Hard Drive

for 130US$, good?

And i would like a good Nvidia video card if you could help me with that please :D

Thanks, Coolgatty

Core i3 is a dual core with hyperthreading. It appears to the OS as a quad. Effectively i3 are quad. Not that it matters since nearly all games still don't effectively use quads. They prefer high instructions per clock and high clock speeds

You won't need 16GB of RAM, go with on of these configurations:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/aLgE

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/aWYY

Don't get an AMD CPU, just because it has 8 cores does not mean it has better performance. The Intel Core i5 2500K has better performance than AMD's server grade CPU's.  Your video card doesn't gave to be a Nvidia GPU, some of the AMD GPU's beat the Nvidia cards.

The memory is good, but like MastChief11 said you wont need 16 gigs for gaming. I think a $130 far a 500 gig hard drive is a bit on the high side. You can get a terabyte one for that price.

Just curious, but have you gotten the components yet? I'd like to know how the computer turns out when you finish building it. If you have any more questions just ask :D.

I'm getting it at the end of the year, but if as you said, I don't need a 16 one, well, it will be cheaper and I may be able to buy it in august!

Glad to hear that it worked out for you. What parts did you go with? Mine or someone else's? Also, you're pretty good at Arma II.
