I forgot to post this, very important...This mod requires ModLoader to work!!!

Look at installation instructions for the link if you need it.

Be sure to read the copyrights at the end, just in case!!!

Originally I just wanted to make a Xanahammah mod, sort of as a little joke. Afterwards, I decided to take some more suggestions from the community. After a couple months, this thread has been getting suggestions like crazy, and I feel like i've been neglecting it. I shall update this thread every weekend, and try and reply to every post. Check back in every so often to see more about your suggestion! New updated videos coming soon!!!

Please, please, please, please, post any and every idea you have! No idea is too stupid or too silly to add into the mod! I will try my hardest to get anything and everything in  . I have an amazing artist for the artwork, and an awesome, willing coder to help me out  ! Specify what you want as detailed as you can, so I am able to get it as close to what you have in your head

Guide To All Things Punchwood Mod!

Xanatos:

Spoiler

Xanatos Ore - Extremely rare. Found at 30 and below, but only a max of two per vein. Drops Xanatos Ingot.
   Xanatos Ingot - Drops from Xanatos Ore. Drops in amounts between 1 and 3.
Xanatos Tools - Powerful. Requires expensive crafting recipes. Has a durability of 750.
   Xanahammah - Blast those piggies to the Nether and back and cook them at the same time! Crafting recipe:

   Xanatos Pick
You only need one diamond

   Xanatos Shovel

   Xanatos Axe

Kitten Block - Spawns below y: 45. Can be found in veins of four, and drops egg shard. You'll know it when you see it
   Egg Shard - No texture yet. Can be crafted with an egg to create an Ocelot spawn egg.

JumboSaber - Extremely, extremely powerful. Kills mobs in one hit. Will be able to break blocks instantly. Currently has a durability of 10, but in the future you will be able to recharge it. (Recipe Will Change!!!)

Sudo Pickaxe - Just a simple little pickaxe from a request.

Three New Biomes
  Extreme Mountains - Mountains like the old ones, but much more extreme. Sometimes there are extremely deep lakes that can be found there, which is the result of water gathering there over time.
  Plateau - Goes up to y:128. Extremely steep curve up, and a nice flat top. Ideal for a lovely little farm, house, and diving board into the ocean below
  Hills - Simple little hills with trees. Nothing much.

Installation Instructions:

Manual Installer

Requires ModLoader:

Step 1: Download The Manual Install, Class Files

Step 2: Install 7-Zip if you don't have it

Step 3: Press the windows key at the bottom left of screen

Step 4: In the search section, type %appdata%

Step 5: Open the .minecraft folder

Step 6: Open the bin folder

Step 7: Right click on the file that says 'minecraft' or 'minecraft.jar'

Step 8: Hover your mouse over 7-Zip, and then press 'open archive'

Step 9: Download ModLoader, and open it using 7-Zip

Step 10: Drag the ModLoader files to the minecraft.jar

Step 11: Open the Punchwood folder with 7-Zip

Step 12: Drag all the Punchwood files, into the Minecraft.jar

Step 13: Delete META-INF!!!

Step 14: Close minecraft.jar

Step 15: Start up Minecraft, and enjoy!

Auto Installer:

Step 1: Download The Mod

Step 2: Open The Installer

Step 3: Run PunchwoodAutoInstaller.jar

Step 3.5: When it asks you to install ModLoader, click yes, unless you already have it installed.

Audio Mod is not needed

Step 4: Enjoy!

If You Have Any Errors, Post Them Here, Please

Notice!!!

Backup all of your saves, and your current minecraft.jar if it is modded!

This mod should be fine, however it may conflict with other mods

   Backup your saves, and protect them just in case!

I defenitely couldn't do that, I'm not artistic at all. But I think I know someone who could easily make a texture for you. He's not on the forums but I could get him to give me the photo then give it to you.
I hope I'll be able to get him to make it for you.

Awesome, that would be great. Also, this isn't gonna be one of those professional mods . I'm a beginner mod maker and I just want to have a big project to do over the summer and learn some things. If you're feeling up to it, why not try and make the texture, you may surprise yourself . If your friend is willing he could make the texture, please have it be 16x16 pixels.

I could probably make some textures and as for ideas since I realy like slimes you could make slime tools and armor from some kind of mix of iron and slime to make slimey ingots
